MY PASSIONS

TRAVEL

A SEMESTER ABROAD IN EUROPE

During my fall semester in 2018, I had the privilege of studying abroad in London, England. During these three months, I was able to experience a different culture and lifestyle, as well as having been able to travel to eight different countries across Europe.

Below are some of my favorite photos from my time abroad.

A TRIP TO THE MOTHERLAND

In the Spring of 2019, I had the opportunity of visiting Taiwan for the first time in 13 years. Being the daughter of two Tawianese immigrants, I felt extremely connected to the small Asian island. I loved the people, the food, and the culture - waiting for the day I can go back!

SOCIOLOGY & SOCIAL JUSTICE

As I entered college and gained my independence, I grew a deep passion for social justice and various social issues. This passion drove me to pursue a minor in Sociology, where I was able to continue learning about topics such as gender issues, racial injustices, and conversations on wealth and poverty.

Below I have attached some papers and projects from my favorite Sociology courses.
